  • MODIFICATIONS are offered for the more challenging exercises so this class is available for all fitness levels.
  • BEGIN your day with a powerfully themed warm up that will improve your mood and spirit. Join the LIVE class with other players to build a community of positive thinkers supporting one another. 
  • PARTICIPATE in a challenging HIIT workout that you can do anywhere. You only need a small space, mat, and for some workouts a chair. Lisa leads you through the workout and engages during the class with shout outs, modifications, and answers any questions you might have.
  • FINISH with a small stretch + thoughtful motivation and meditation to set you up for a spectacular day.
  • 12 LIVE WORKOUTS for $72/ only $6 per workout with lifetime access to the recordings so you can re-use the workouts as often as you want.
  • OR...12 RECORDED WORKOUTS if you live in another part of the world and the timing of classes just doesn't work out for you to sign up for the LIVE classes you can get the 12 recorded workouts for $36/ only $3 per workout. The recorded option is the same workout we do LIVE it just doesn't give you access to join the class LIVE when it's happening. When the workout is finished you'll have access to the recording via the recorded membership page.
