  • MONDAY/ TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY & FRIDAY meet on a LIVE Zoom call at 6:05am CST with Lisa for a 40 minute workout including intentional warm up, HIIT class (no equipment needed), stretch and meditation to take you into a brilliant day. 
  • MODIFICATIONS are offered for the more challenging exercises so this class is available for all fitness levels.
  • BEGIN your day with a powerfully themed warm up that will improve your mood and spirit. Join the LIVE class with other players to build a community of positive thinkers supporting one another. 
  • PARTICIPATE in a challenging HIIT workout that you can do anywhere. You only need a small space, mat, and for some workouts a chair. Lisa leads you through the workout and engages during the class with shout outs, modifications, and answers any questions you might have.
  • FINISH with a small stretch + thoughtful motivation and meditation to set you up for a spectacular day.
